Kennel v.Wikinger – Vinland is founded in 1986. We started our breeding in that year with breeding Landseer ECT.
After a couple of years the Newfie entered our lives. Under the affix v.Wikinger – Vinland till now 12 litters of Newfoundland dogs are born. The last litter in 2008 with our recent female “ Vertigo Thankyouforlovingme “.
After a few years without our loving gentle giants, we started missing them a lot !
After a long period of really good thinking we decided that there has to come a Newfie in our lives again.
A Black and White was a long cherished dream from the past and we decided to wait as long as needed to realize that dream. After a while we got in touch with Beatrice Schiatti and got a place on her waiting list for a black and white girl. This became our Sara, which who we hope to start up our kennel again…From Sara’s first litter we kept a B-W girl called “ Larissa v.Wikinger – Vinland “ We hope to continue our work with Newfie’s with her.
